Abel Alarm Plan for the Future

John Corcoran, Course Lead Director for the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and Regional Education and Training Manager, the driving force behind the development of the ECA Supervisors and Management Development Programme, presented certificates to a number of Abel employees who have now qualified to a level accredited by the CMI.

Iain Macdonald, Head of Education and Training for the ECA said "We developed high quality management courses, funded for ECA member companies because we want to support them in growing thriving businesses. We know that a professional management team plays a huge part in a firm's success. Abel Alarm has recognised the importance of planning for the future and embedding these skills within their teams, and I am delighted to congratulate them on their success".

Trainers Jaluch who have worked with the ECA to write and deliver these courses said "Abel Alarm continues to demonstrate their commitment to the development of their managers through their participation in the ECA Supervisors and Managers Development Programme. Those who attend from Abel always participate and contribute fully during the courses which as a trainer is very rewarding to see, along with their continued progress throughout the course".
